Frequently asked questions

Are unused Doks rolled over to the next month?
No — Doks included in your plan reset every month. Only Doks purchased as add-ons do not expire.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. The change is effective immediately, with prorating on upgrade.
What is the difference between goDokMode text and goDokMode + file?
goDokMode text (2 Doks) takes plain text or unstructured JSON as input. The +file variant (3 Doks) also accepts an attached file (PDF, DOCX, image) that the AI analyses to build the document.
Are there rate limits?
Free Plan: 10 req/min. Pro / Max: 60 req/min. Enterprise: custom. If exceeded, the API responds HTTP 429 with a Retry-After header.
Is my PDF data stored on your servers?
In synchronous mode (binary response), no data is persisted. In async mode or with return_type: url, the PDF is stored 72h on our EU servers, then automatically deleted.
